Sendlix Limits
To ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all users, Sendlix enforces the following service limits. Please review these carefully to ensure your integration operates within these boundaries:

Notes:
1 This initial limit of 5 emails per minute is strictly for spam prevention. We are happy to increase this limit to 100+ emails per minute for any legitimate use case. To request an increase, please contact our support team at support@sendlix.com or via our support portal. We review and approve requests quickly to ensure your service remains uninterrupted.
Also keep in mind that if we detect suspicious activity, we may reduce limits to 1 email per minute. If you believe this is a mistake, please reach out to our support team.
2 When uploading the same image multiple times, the storage duration resets to 180 days from the latest upload date.
